Formerly known as Mana Property Management, South Property is a locally owned, independent, and award-winning property management team in Dunedin. 

We specialise in residential property management, ensuring that both homeowners and tenants receive unparalleled service and support.

With a personal touch and attention to detail, we ensure the highest quality tenants for our properties year-round. Our hands-on approach means we treat these properties as if they were our own, giving our owners peace of mind and the confidence to focus on what matters most to them.

Daniel is passionate about property investment and development, and enjoys spending his spare time building tiny homes.

Jessica ensures South Property is reaching the best possible tenants for our properties while bringing in great new landlords and properties for our tenants.
