It starts with a conversation. We assess your property in person so we can provide an accurate rental estimate based on our local knowledge and live market data tools. We'll also offer suggestions for any improvements that could boost your rental return.

Then we will send you a copy of our transparent fee structure and a copy of our management agreement to review. We don’t lock you in. If you ever want to leave, all we ask for is 30 days’ notice.

Selecting the right tenant is crucial. We look for tenants who will care for your property, pay rent on time, and meet all their obligations. Our thorough tenant selection process includes:

Rent is collected into a dedicated Trust account.
Owners are paid either fortnightly or monthly.
Monthly statements are sent out on the business day of each month.

Your property is thoroughly documented at the beginning to each tenancy.
We conduct quarterly inspections with photographs to meet insurance requirements and identify issues early.
You receive an inspection report with photos, notes and any recommendations.
We monitor rent every day and take proactive steps to keep tenants on track.
We proactively conduct rent reviews every 12 months to ensure you are getting the best return.
