Instead, we check across multiple New Zealand credit bureaus and tenancy databases, including Centrix, Tenancy Services and Tenancy Tribunal records, NZ Court judgments, and Company and insolvency records.

Each source contains different information. When combined, they give us a much clearer and more accurate picture of an applicant’s background.
